This website is designed, coded, written, and managed solely by me, Kevin Patton at Lion Den, Inc. If I use material submitted or created by others, then it is clearly marked as such.
The website is located on servers hosted at 1&1 Web Hosting and designed/managed using Dreamweaver.
The blog is hosted by Blogger (blogspot.com).
Who pays for this website?
Lion Den Inc. pays for the expenses of running the website. That includes hosting fees, software, promotional materials, advertising, and salary for Kevin Patton. Lion Den Inc. is owned and operated by Kevin Patton and funded primarily by textbook royalties and consultation fees . . . and a very small income from associate links or ads on this and other websites owned by Lion Den Inc.
My publishers or other associates do not pay for any of the expenses of the website or blog. However, sometimes they do provide some "prizes" or other give-away items.
Why?
Why not? I started the website and blog to share information and tips with other A&P professors, especially current or potential users of my textbooks, lab manuals, and other A&P materials. However, I specifically want to make these resources to ALL A&P professors worldwide and thus to help add to the global effort to prepare a new generation of scientists and health & wellness professionals.
This is Hamilton, my trusty assistant webmaster. You can get his attention with your cursor (don't poke him too hard, OK?). If he looks hungry, click within his office space to drop him a hamster treat.
